Returns

High-quality, unused items may be returned within 14 days.

Footwear can be returned:

  • free of charge at a physical AŠ IRGI GALIU store;
  • via courier or a parcel locker, subject to a €15 return shipping, inspection, and processing fee for each pair returned.

Before returning an item via courier or a parcel locker, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email. The Seller will provide return instructions. Packages shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, and the leather sole must be undamaged.
