Fratelli Russo is a footwear brand founded in 2018 by twin brothers Gioele and Nicolò Russo.

When creating the brand, the brothers divided the main roles: one is responsible for design and style, and the other for commercial activities and brand development in the market. This division of labor allows for combining creativity with business strategy.

The main strength of the brand is accessibility. This means not only an attractive price but also the ability for the customer to acquire a stylish, high-quality product that meets the highest design standards. The goal is for everyone to be able to have at least a few pairs of "Fratelli Russo" in their shoe closet.

Returns

Items in perfect condition may be returned within 14 days.

Footwear may be returned:

  • free of charge at the AŠ IRGI GALIU physical store;
  • by courier or parcel locker, subject to a €15 return shipping, inspection and handling fee per returned pair.

Before returning an item by courier or parcel locker, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email. The Seller will provide return instructions. Parcels registered independently may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in flawless condition, and the leather sole must be undamaged.
